Is this a subscription contract?

No. You pay for as many months as you like. If you pay for more than one month you receive a discount for up to 60%.
You're free to leave any time: we do not store your payment information and will not charge you automatically when your subscription expires.

Can I change from Premium to Business at any time?

Yes. Simply sign in to your account, go to Settings and click Upgrade to Business. Your existing Premium account purchase will be credited towards your Business account. Your account along with your tasks, projects and contacts will be migrated.

Can I upgrade from Free to Premium or Business account?

Yes. Sign in to your account, go to Settings and click Upgrade. Your account along with your tasks, projects and contacts will be migrated.

What types of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards accepted. We accept payments through PayPal payment processing. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can also pay by bank transfer (e-cheque).
