• Do you have trial for Business account?
  You may want to try Business account for one month standard price. HiTask subscription is no-commitment, one-time charge. We do not store your payment information and we will not charge you at the end of your subscription.
• With the purchase of Business account, is it cost per month for the entire team or for each user?
  Monthly subscription includes 5 Business user licenses (accounts). You may invite your team members to join your Business account and they will have their accounts upgraded to Business level.
  You can upgrade number of licenses at any time later or select more than 5 when you upgrade to Business account.
• When I upgrade to Business account, willeveryone be able to see all the tasks and projects?
  With HiTask Business you are able to set Private or Shared status for each item or project.
  Shared items are visible by all members of your team. Private are visible only to you or person you assign this task to.
• How can I change my Business Account owner/administrator?
  We can change the owner for you. To do that please send a request from business owner account using Say HI or Contact Us links. Specify user account (email address) whom you want to become the business account owner.
• Who is the Business account administrator?
  Business account owner and administrator is the person who purchased the account. This person is responsible for making payments for account renewals, responsible for adding/removing users from Business.
• How many users can I add to my Business?
  There is no limit of how many users you can have in your business.
  When subscribing to Business Account you may select 5,10,15 or more user licenses. You can buy additional number of user licenses at any time.
  
• How Business Account registration works?
  Business account is registered by one person, the business account owner. Owner can invite other users to Business and manage all aspects of business account.
  All users who have been invited to Business have full access to all HiTask Business and Premium features.
