Update: print output and other improvements

- New Print top-level menu for easier access.
- Print output was redesigned.
- If connection to HiTask is lost icon will appear in top menu bar.
- Will not display "No description" if item don't have one.
- Increased size of displayed item history.
- Yearly recurring tasks will show up shorter advance period.
- Fixed: date picker defaults to incorrect date in some cases.
- Fixed: text selection and copying in IE and Chrome.
Now in Spanish!
