New look and some improvements

We also bring you some new features and bugfixes:
- Team members will receive emails when tasks assigned
- Calendar will now rollover to the next day when HiTask left open overnight
- RSS feed will not contain completed tasks anymore
- Fixed reported Opera related issues
- Fixed reported tag-related issues
